How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 1 to 2 business days of the time you place your order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

Do you provide delivery confirmation numbers?

Yes, all domestic orders contain a delivery confirmation number that will be e-mailed to you at the time your order is processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For shipping outside of the United States, please send an email to info@goodconductnyc.com before placing an order.

What is your return policy?

We currently have a no-return, no-exchange and no-refund policy. However, be assured that Good Conduct shirts are high-quality and each one is individually inspected before it is shipped out.

Our shirts are shipped in tear-resistant waterproof packages.

How can I get free stickers?

We send out free stickers along with each order or you can shoot us an e-mail at info@goodconductnyc.com with your name and address and we’ll send you some.

How can I get on your Web site?

E-mail a photo of yourself in a unique location while wearing Good Conduct to info@goodconductnyc.com and we might put it up on our blog.

How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts are made from high-quality 6 oz. cotton for a heavier fit. They fit similar to brands like Stussy, Supreme, The Hundreds, etc.
